Morgan is an amazing Realtor who is passionate about what he does. He is very knowledgeable, hardworking, patient, always on time, responsive, friendly… I could go on but the review would never end. He kept my best interests in mind and helped prevent me from making some mistakes even if it caused him more work and a delayed check. I will recommend him to everyone I know and look forward to working with him again if the time to sell ever comes.TLDR: I highly recommend Morgan and NOT using him would be a mistake. Just call him already!Bonus Tip: If you’re going to work with a quality Realtor like Morgan (just call him already), do yourself a favor and use who he recommends for other services. It will make the entire process smooth and stress free when you get an entire team that knows what they are doing. Forget your big banks and credit unions for your loan. I used Navy Federal Credit Union for my first mortgage and that was a nightmare that took over 2 months to close. This time around I took Morgan’s recommendation and used a small local lender that he’s worked with before. I got a better rate along with amazing customer service and a closing time of 21 days using a VA loan. The process has been so easy that I’m still not sure I actually bought a home.

We had an utterly AMAZING experience with Morgan. And let me tell you, our sale was a handful. As a first time home seller, I wasn’t very sure of what I was doing and, since it was my first house, I was also a little emotional. Morgan coached and comforted me throughout the entire process. He was there for any question and ready to hear every concern. His strategy for pricing and marketing our home went off FLAWLESSLY and we ended up in a bidding war with a final offer over asking price. He was clear about expectations and how we can maximize our opportunity, and when it came time to deliver, Morgan executed with grace and finesse. I will recommend him to every person I know.

Morgan was, in my opinion, the best realtor to go with for my first time home buy. My partner and I had gone through multiple agents before we found Morgan and he was more informative within the first hour we met him than with the days and weeks we were with the others. His response time was quicker than the Roadrunner and Id say he met my expectations plus some. He was definitely one of those above and beyond real estate agents you hear about. I would definitely recommend for first time home buyers and I can see why he is part of the group that was rated number one by D Magazine.

He was patient with us as we were still figuring out exactly what kind of home/features we wanted, and when we decided to build a house he helped guide us through that process as well. This was my first home purchase and I chose Morgan for my realtor on a family members suggestion. I felt at ease with him immediately during our initial meeting. He was genuinely interested in what I wanted and he was sure to explain the process of buying a home. Throughout my search he was very attentive and answered all my questions, as well as quickly scheduling viewings of houses I had an interest in. I felt like he had my back all the way. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future.
