My wife and I decided that this would be the year that we would downsize our lifestyle. Choosing to trust Candi with our Home Sale and Purchase was a tremendous blessing. She predicted that our home would sell quickly-- and it did-- far more quickly than either my wife or I anticipated. Knowing that we had to move quickly after we accepted an offer on our home she kept us focused and held our hands throughout the process of searching for a new home, making an offer, scheduling the inspection, pushing the loan processing along and then she worked closely with our bank and the tile company to make sure we closed on time. She was just marvelous and an absolute joy to work with. My wife and I are both very grateful for all of her hard work and dedication. She really made us feel like she truly cared about us.
