If the process of buying a house is steps A through Z, we thought that a real estate agent was supposed to help with steps A through G, the rest would be left to us alone. The typical real estate agent - yes, but not Viktor. He did go with us all the way to Z, and beyond. From the expertise to recommend what inspections to have, connections with every kind of inspector and contractor, the deep knowledge of the local market... I could go on and on, but nobody really needs convincing what a milestone in life buying a home is. So, do your diligent research about the agent youll hire for this important moment, and dont risk with someone who is doing it on the side, because it is a huge risk youd be taking.Id highly recommend Viktor. He was with me at every step of the process.- Helped me improve my credit.- Found a great financial agency to provide the mortgage (if my language is not precise, thats because Im not familiar with the terminology. But Victor is).- Made sure I got the best advice and the best service.I noticed all consultants he recommended are high quality people and trustful professionals.I think Mr. Taushanov went way above and beyond the regular realtor service, in a very helpful way. He prevented me from buying a low quality property, and pointed my attention to the real values: location, quality and age of the construction, convenience in terms of schools, parks, playground areas, and all the small details that make a place good for living. We found a beautiful house in a neighborhood with many kids the age of my kids. Its safe and friendly.
