This is our second time using Jennifer first time was to buy our home 6 years ago and now this time selling our home which was also contingent on us buying our next home.We had some of the most challenging buyers, realtors, brokers that Jennifer probably has ever worked with and she handled with the highest level or professionalism and took control to keep the transaction moving. Jennifer helped us at a time when we needed it most! We had to move quickly from out of state ( we are a military family), and needed a reasonably priced house fast. In this market that is no small feat! After a different realtor left us high and dry when we flew here to view homes, we reached out to Jennifer and she made us a priority and was showing us houses the next day! She paid careful attention to the needs of our family, our likes and dislikes, and was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. I can’t say enough good things about Jennifer Mestayer. She was our realtor moving to Cypress six years ago, and was very professional and knowledgeable of the area.
