The timeframe was very tight because we wanted to put it on the market before a holiday, but Natalie delivered. She gave us ideas to make each room look better and provided new decor and furnishings for several different rooms. Our photos looked amazing and attracted interested buyers. After less than a month on the market, we accepted an offer for more dollars per square foot than other homes recently sold in our neighborhood. And the home buyer even wanted to purchase some of the furniture. We were very happy with the services.

My husband and I made a very quick decision to move and we knew we needed to sell our house as quickly as possible. Natalie came in to do the initial staging consult. As we walked around our house she gave tips, pointers, and shared ideas of how to best stage our home. She had great ideas of how to use what we already had to present our home to potential buyers. After we had walked through our home she went and took pictures throughout our whole house. Two days later we had a full report of step by step what needed to be done, what was going to be used, and what she would bring in order to stage our home. In the few days between receiving the report and having our home staged, Natalie was responsive to any and all questions I had. We had our pictures taken and our house sold two days after listing even though the market has slowed down. I believe a big part of that was due to the vision, knowledge, and staging done by Natalie and Morphe Home Staging and Design.

Morphe was recommended to me by my best friend. Natalie is a absolute gem and extremely talented. She flew out to California to help decorate my living room and dining room. She definitely has a eye for design and was able to recommend what would be best to fit what I needed. She also kept in mind I have a toddler who is rambunctious and was able to find furniture that was not only stylish but functional for us.
