Matt Viebrock and Casey Smith, and the rest of their team won our trust by their extreme effort. Our house was not easy to sell for many reasons, not the least of which were the condition of the house and the market difficulty. But they perservered and gave us hope and kept trying until it was sold. It was great to have them on our side! Thanks for everything!

Worked with selling of a condo located in Hawaii since beginning of 2022 and appreciated the long-term support through all the logistic barriers that I faced along the way to finally close a deal in late 5/2023. First introduced by them through both a mail insert and email notification - did a background check for their legal status and overall legitimate business ethics. They offered several options for purchasing the property. Overall, I would rate them 4.5 stars (does not allow 1/2-star increments) because of some delays in communication or clarification on an occasional logistic issue. The team of Matt Viebrock and Michael Borger were courteous, professional, and patient throughout the long tedious process.
