I am extreemly picky about who my realtor is simply because I have been a mortgage loan originator since 2000. I have met ever single type of agent that there is known to man! In one of my positions I worked daily with about 20 agents on homes that were owned by the lender I worked for. Honestly most realtors lack a lot of knowledge. I know this because I was the #4 producer as a loan officer at one of the largest mortgage companies in the nation. Mike Tobin is extreemly knowledgeable and negotiated well while my house on the market. Through is connections he sold it the same day it was listed! Case closed! Best agent!
