As a first time seller of a home, I did not know the process or what it entailed. My first step was finding a realtor who could guide me through the process as painlessly as possible. Melissa was recommended by several individuals. I could not have asked for a more ethical, expert, and outstanding realtor like her. She guided me through the entire process. Upon viewing my house, she recommended certain necessary repairs. What was so amazing to me was that she located the individuals for the repairs, contacted them, and scheduled them for me as well. The people she networked with were just as outstanding. I grew to trust Melissa immediately because of her honesty and her wish to prepare my house for a listing price that was appropriate as well as to highlight and augment the beauty of my home. I knew she had my best interests at heart, so I followed all of her recommendations. The house was staged and she paid for both the staging and photographs of the home. She is amazing!!! While my house was under contract, the potential buyer sent several inspectors which is usual. One of the inspectors indicated that the foundation needed repair. Both Melissa and I disagreed with the inspector, but I didn’t know how to proceed. Melissa immediately took charge and negotiated another inspection without any lowering of the listing price. We were correct and the foundation did not require work. There were other issues that the buyer’s realtor tried to bring up, but Melissa was always prepared with facts and figures that were indisputable. I was so impressed by her attention to detail and work ethic. I know for a fact that she made this process as easy as possible for me. I totally trust and believe that she protected my best interests in an ethical and professional manner. I could not have asked for a more open, honest, and exceptionally talented realtor.

At first we were reluctant to walk into a real estate office because we were nervous about being the victim of an over zealous sales person who would not allow us to take the time we needed to get to know the neighborhoods etc. That was the complete opposite experience we had with Melissa at Keller- Williams.
