Since we were first-time home buyers, we appreciated how patient and kind she was throughout the process. Especially in this difficult market, there were moments where we were ready to give up, but Melissa fought for us till the very end. Google needs to adjust their review system to allow addition rating credits, because I would rate Melissa 10 out of 5 stars. As most ofyou are well aware the Dallas/Fort Worth Market is extremely competitive. Melissa will give you a fighting chance at getting you the house you want, without taking risks like waving home inspections. We have been working with Melissa over the last two years, she won’t pressure you into a purchase or a sale just for the commission. She’s happy to walk you through the process, offer advice, and gives you a competitive edge in new build negotiations. Beyond all of this she’s extremely kind and engaging. She goes the extra mile by dropping off treat bags for Halloween and pies around the holidays for non-profit organizations. Consider her for your realtor. You will not be disappointed!

We are Melissa’s marathon clients! It all started with us wanting to build a house in the middle of a pandemic (brilliant, right?). The first miracle was she got us in the door for a brand new construction phase. It took approximately 17 months start to finish because of all the supply chain nonsense, and Melissa stuck with us the whole time. She was a great resource during the design phase as well as she has a keen eye on modern trends. Later when we were finally able to list our old home, she helped us get everything ready and did a smash up job on the marketing aspect. The video and photos were absolutely impressive. We got multiple offers above list and the rest is history. Thanks to Melissa and her team for supporting us through everything as clients and as friends!

Although we actually did not end up selling our home amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and decided to stay put, Melissa was by far the best realtor I have ever dealt with.From day one she explained all facets of what we were delving in to, provided realistic and market proven data/timelines for what to expect.She responded almost immediately to any questions, concerns, or thoughts we had regarding the property, process and was always the calming person to aid in any items addressed.Her time, effort and just plain superb marketing of our home at no costs to us and was as if she had the TOP photographers taking the pictures like they would runway models.I appreciate and cant say enough about Melissa and her team and HIGHLY recommend her for your needs either buying or selling.
