Michael is hands down one of the best realtors out there! I can honestly say that I was impressed with Michaels sincerity, knowledge, and determination to not just find us a good house, but to find us the perfect house. He always welcomed any of our questions or concerns, regardless of the time or day. I was exceptionally pleased with how Michael took the time and effort to respond to my many texts or phone calls, and how he carefully explained or answered any of my concerns.Michael definitely has great knowledge and skills on how to find a good house, as there were several occasions where he spotted hidden defects in the building and he was the first to say Hey guys look at this.. maybe we should continue looking.. Michael clearly was not trying to rush his way to a paycheck, it was evident he wanted my family and I to find the perfect home; and he did just that.Needless to say, I would for sure 100% recommend Michael to anyone looking for a new home.

Michael McSorley, Listing AgentWe had rental property that was damaged significantly by the renter. Michaels experience and knowledge was verified by his recommendations for the repairs and upgrades to increase the value of the property and the probability that the house would sell. During repairs Michael stayed in contact and provided suggestions based on his knowledge of the housing market. When the house was on the market he provided constant status updates until the house was sold. We are pleased with the sales price for the house and fully appreciate Michaels input made this possible. We strongly recommend Michael for any real estate transactions as he exceeds the definition of a Real Estate Professional.

We met Michael early in our home search process at an open house. After interviewing several realtors, we chose Michael to represent us and could not have made a better decision.He did an excellent job presenting our home. The pictures of our home were fabulous. He also included a 3D tour and blueprint of the house. We realized the value of these tools when we were searching for our new home and were frustrated by the lack of full information on other listings.Michael also was a godsend in our search for our new home, tirelessly taking us to showings and previewing homes for us. After we chose a house, Michael was an excellent negotiator for us. When, during the option period, a crisis arose about the condition of the roof, we were out of the country! Michael took care of the problem and successfully negotiated for the seller to replace the roof prior to the closing.We would enthusiastically recommend Michael to anyone buying or selling a home in the Houston area.

If I could give Mike 10 stars I would! He has been such a blessing to us and without him, we would not have gotten the house of our dreams! Mike is extremely professional, diligent, persistent and always accessible via email or phone. No matter what day of the week, we could reach him to ask questions. Mike is an outstanding real state professional. I used him during a recent relocation to the Houston area for work. I found him to be knowledgeable, honest and dedicated to getting the best outcome for his client. He is very familiar with the latest technologies and that was a big benefit for staying on top of available listings. He explained the area to me in great detail which allowed me to refine the options I wanted to pursue. He discussed traffic patterns for my morning and afternoon commutes, flood issues and local shopping so I would not have to be in a car all the time. Because I had to make decisions quickly, I was constantly calling him, sometimes even after hours but he always called me back promptly. He worked hard for me and ultimately found me the perfect place to stay during my work engagement. Houston is a big city and it is easy to make mistakes when choosing a neighborhood to live in.
