Let me tell you right now, Ryan is legit the best realtor in the business and dont let anyone tell you otherwise! We had a terrible realtor and we thought we werent going to find a house, especially in this crazy market. Then God placed Ryan into our lives. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in the field, he is very personable. We are 1st time home buyers and had many questions and concerns. Ryan made us feel comfortable asking questions and answered them all thoroughly. He stayed in constant communication with us, sent us houses directly, contacted sellers, and the very rare time he was not available he had people to help meet our needs (thanks Jared). We really didnt think we were going to be able to get a house, but Ryan swooped in and made it happen! Even through the tough parts of getting a house (none of which were his fault) he reassured us and made it such a smooth transition. I wish Ryan could be the loan officer, the realtor, the inspector, everything! Lol he makes things 100x less stressful. Whenever we were uncertain of how things were going, we found peace because we knew Ryan knew what he was doing and would always be honest with us. We appreciate you Ryan, you have been a very pivotal part of our lives and for that we are forever grateful!

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! Ryans whole team is amazing! Ryan is so knowledgeable and will fight for you if you are a seller or a buyer!! He knows the market even though its ever changing he puts his clients first and keeps new homeowners up to date at every step of the way. He is responsive and caring! His team is super supportive as well!! Ryan could have sold us the moon and wed buy it because thats just how much we trust him!! He hasnt for a second been wrong about anything in this house buying process! Our only wish is that we met him before our last realtor!! We are so excited and thankful to Ryan for knowing all the ins and outs about real estate and getting us into our first home!!
