I just recently sold my home with the help of the fabulous Maureen Kane with Paragon Realtors! She had a mountain to climb, from start to finish, and she was not deterred. She communicated affectively through the entire process, had stressful conversations, answered texts at all hours, and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. I couldnt recommend her more! I started this journey nervous and even embarrassed I wouldnt be able to afford anything that didnt make my eyes big as coconuts, or my wallet take a bullet! HOWEVER I cannot say enough great things about Maureen!! Look, we all have lives, and right now the rent costs are extremely discouraging...I was overwhelmingly thankful for this woman! She not only was incredibly communicative with me throughout the entire process, but went above and beyond for my family. Putting my keys in a secret spot (in my backyard) for me when I was just unable to make the time slot we discussed.Kids-life-work.. she gets it... some do and some dont...she does...No phone tag, and delayed responses, we were texting like it was a close friend helping get my 5 member family into a home. This is a difficult thing to navigate through without a friend in the industry. If you are looking like I was, houses are gone within hours of looking, seems like only the highest bidder goes home happy, and the stipulations were ridiculous. Some houses wanted more from a lease tennant than a LENDER would!! My family had been in a travel trailer/tiny-living before this, so I was no walk in the park tennant, she never blinked an eye! A true blessing to my family.....PLEASE CALL HER!Youll end up giving your friends and family her number too!
