Matt helped my husband and I buy our first home and made the whole process so much easier. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and always took the time to answer all our questions, big or small. He made sure we felt confident in our decision and supported us every step of the way. We always knew Matt had our best interest at heart and he demonstrated that time and time again. That alone makes him a fantastic realtor, but on top of that, Matt is just a great person who continues to help us with all our questions as first-time homeowners. If you need someone to guide you through not just buying a home but also owning one, Matt’s the person to go to!

Matt is a phenomenal realtor. When my wife and I were ready to begin searching for a new home for our family, Matt helped us narrow down our options and really focus on those properties that solidly hit our must haves and other expectations.He personally met with me several times to walk properties. While doing so, Matt would not only point out great aspects he saw, but more importantly he would identify specific areas of concern, leaning on his several years of experience in real estate and intimate knowledge of various players in the housing and construction business. I appreciated his attention to detail during those times, especially for those things that are not immediately apparent when youre looking at a home for the first time. For each property we saw together, I had a much better sense of what our family would potentially walk ourselves into than had Matt not been there.Once my wife and I found the home we wanted to move forward with, Matt continued to guide and help us throughout the entire process. He has entire networks of contacts throughout the industry and was able to use those to our advantage. One example came to financing. At the time, we thought we were coming in with a solid deal from our first lender. Matt offered to reach out to a few lenders he knew to see what they could do for us, and in the end, one of them was able to come back with a far better rate that will significantly save my wife and I in the long run. He similarly had contacts in titling, inspection, and other areas who were all just so on point with everything that I felt very confident through the whole process despite never having purchased a home before. Throughout everything, Matt worked hard to get us the best deal possible.Now our family has moved in, and we are loving the new home! We are very thankful for all Matt did to make this possible for us!

We absolutely love our new house, and we are so thankful to Matt for helping us make it all happen.From the beginning of our searching process, Matt helped guide us to first figure out what we thought we really wanted... our must haves. Then he helped us figure out the perfect location based on the quality of houses built by certain well known builders. He helped us think about safety and security for our family, and he steered us away from neighborhoods that would not be best for our young family.When we found the perfect house, he was instrumental in helping us navigate the lending process along with insuring we had a quality inspection done. He spent hours upon hours answering all of our questions, and he made sure we understood all the paperwork. I dont know of anyone else who would have been so thorough.We are so thankful for Matt, and we highly recommend him to all who are looking for their next home.

Matt is hands down the very best! He helped me buy my first house and did an amazing job walking me through the process and finding me a house that I not only loved, but that I was able to turn around and make really decent money on five years later. When it came time for me to sell, it was a given that I would use him again. His customer service is impeccable. I am so grateful that he was the one who answered our call on Christmas Eve all those years ago! Im only sad that I moved to a new city and he isnt here to help me buy my next one, but I know hell always be there to advise me when Im in need!

I had a very good experience working with Matt Z. as my realtor. He was available when I needed him and made time to come out and see a house with me even if it was late in the day. He worked very hard on my side to get me the best deal with my house and negotiate on my part. He was very professional. I also learned a lot about the house building process and what important things to look for. I would have him as my realtor again and if current house ever needed to be sold, he will be my go to person.
