I have used Martas services for years now. She has helped me and my fiancé buy our first house together and made our process smooth. She was able to answer every question asked and was very knowledgeable with her answers. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house. Marta is an amazing realtor. She took our input about what we wanted and not only found some amazing places for us to tour, but also found an option, that on the surface didnt quite meet stated criteria, but in reality had everything we were looking for. And thats the place we actually purchased!She was amazing not only through the selection process, but also through the inspection, resolution, and actual buying process. I cannot say enough since we were first-time homebuyers how much her input and practical approach helped.I would 100% recommend Marta as a realtor for anyone, whatever your home-buying and ownership experience in the past.

I highly recommend Marta for your real estate needs! As part of my journey moving back to Texas from out of state, I started searching for agents in the area. I chose Marta for several reasons …1. She is both an Accredited Buyers Representative and a Sellers Representative Specialist which was important to me.2. She posted a Welcome video on her website which allowed me to get a feel for who I could be working with. I knew at that point this was someone I could trust to guide me through the process.3. She provided several ideas for houses to consider as part of my move. I had lived in Texas before and had focused in on one particular neighborhood and builder. I still ended up going with the neighborhood/builder I had focused on but felt much better about the selection since we had explored other options.4. She was very active in the build process attending several design meetings offering thoughts on options and trends to consider. She also attended the home inspection while I was still on the road driving to Texas. Plus, she was kind enough to drive by the property during the build process and sent a few pictures … much appreciated since I was out of state and very curious about the progress.Overall, words that come to mind are understanding, proactive, knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, professional. I love my new place and can’t thank Marta enough for all her help in the process. While this review will be read by people I don’t know, the best endorsement I can provide is to say I would recommend Marta to friends or family in a heartbeat. Give her a call … you’ll be glad you did.

Marta was and is outstanding!! She did all the hard work with a remote purchase (we ere moving from 250 miles away). The purchase of our dream home went forward without one problem. she helped negotiate not only the final sale but a new roof along they way. I would like to think I have a very informed opinion; my mother was a Realtor for 40 years. I grew up around the real-estate business. Without qualification Marta Howell is the best, she is honest hardworking and knows the pitfalls of purchasing and selling. You cant go wrong.
