Mariela sold our house during the pandemic time. She had a vision of how to sell the house, and we fully cooperated to achieve it. From house prep to showings, she carefully planned every detail. With little but tasteful decor, Mariela and her associate stager created a young family home atmosphere to appeal to potential buyers in the area. Everything went like clockwork, and a young couple bought the house to start their family.We have always been delighted with Marielas work and recommend her to those that want a smooth real estate transaction.

Mariela was very patient from the start. She allowed my husband and I to figure out what we wanted, and always gave great feedback. While looking at homes it always felt like she was looking at ALL the details in a home. It was a breath of fresh air to not have a pushy realtor. We did a few virtual showings. Mariela pointed out the good the bad and the ugly. We trusted her feedback, because virtually you don’t see all the details you can see in person. Once our offer got accepted Mariela was great at telling us what was coming next. She supported us during the entire process. We are so glad we worked with Mariela.
