My Wife and I were highly recommended to Marcia Millard through my mortgage lender. From the start Marcia immediately provided us with a clear understanding of the process, as well as getting us set up into her pipeline for homes listed on the market for the general areas we were looking at. During the course of our time with Marcia, she was very communicative and was able to accommodate us by scheduling seeing several houses. As we began looking at houses, she would provide key observations and answer any questions we had along the way. I felt secure working with Marcia, knowing she had our best interest at heart as first time home owners and most importantly had our back. Marcia made what some might call a harrowing experience one of sheer joy. She was personable, professional, intuitive and knowledgeable of all aspects of real estate and finance. I was kept abreast on a daily basis and my concerns were met with expert advise and genuine resolutions which made it obvious that part of her job was not only to make sure I made the best deal possible, but also that I walked away happy with decisions made by me and on my behalf. Her soft spoken friendly manner was only surpassed by the obvious expertise in her craft. I would and have recommended her to friends and family; shes an awesome agent and now a dear friend.

So, to start I wasn’t sure I needed an agent. But, once we started working with Marci I quickly realized I was wrong. She shared her experience as far as things we needed to be aware of and what kinds of repairs were more significant than others. Then, once we were under contract she was outstanding. She patiently walked us through the process. She helped us navigate the offer, the inspection, counter offers, repair requirements, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Marci to friends and family.
