Lynell was absolutely amazing! We first met her as a landlord, and eventually moved out and used her as our realtor. She was extremely communicative and responsive to our wants/needs. She was knowledgeable on specialty financing as well as property tax exemptions, which made a huge difference in the prices range of what we determine to be affordable. She checked in every step of the way to ensure we understood what was going on, and that we had to qualms or questions. Her closing concierge service was available to help with a myriad of things, ranging from setting up new utilities to finding handymen, cleaners, and lawn care. After closing and moving in, she was in consistent contact to make sure everything went smooth and even brought us a welcome home basket. I could not recommend her enough to anyone who was to ask me. Truly an 11/10 experience!!

My husband and I worked with Lynell Jones to find and purchase a pre-owned home. Lynell was great!!! There was no question that she wouldnt answer. She was very available and quite informative; providing answers to our questions, ensuring that we were comfortable with the process and any decisions we made. Lynell went to bat for us; she is a fierce negotiator and made it a point to stand in the gap for what she knew we wanted and even things that she knew we liked. She was very resourceful as well, recommending everything from inspectors, to insurance agents to movers. While she was on the job, I didnt have to worry that things would get done, and dates would get met. We highly recommend Lynell to our friends and family and would certainly work with her again in the future; she is a top-notch, 5-Star realtor.

If youre looking for the best realtor look no more. Lynell is amazing I can not believe that this person exists. She made us feel comfortable, shes honest, shes a very informal person. Fact that she found us our perfect Dream Home, I still cannot believe it. And for that, I will always be internally grateful. My husband wanted something cheap and not a fixer-upper and I wanted something big and she winds up finding us a new home that smaller than our budget and bigger than I expected.

Theres not enough space to put how awesome it was and is, to work with Lynell. She has a wonderful personality and a kind spirit. She was with me every step of the process and Im very thankful that she was. There were questions she asked the seller, that I had not thought of and probably would have never known if she hadnt spoken up for me. If you think communication stops after the sell, you are sadly mistaken. Shes still giving me advice and helping me make this house feel like home.
