Richard explained the process in great detail and immediately earned my trust. He made an inherently stressful process much simpler and was very patient and accommodating throughout the process. I was contemplating to sell my house and reached out to several potential buyers including “Louisiana Direct Home Buyers” just to get an idea of the process, the value of the house, and would make a decision if I would proceed. They were the first one that called me back . It was a VERY pleasant experience, they were friendly and so on point that 2 weeks later the house was sold without any hassle!
