When planning a home purchase , finding financing or even looking for rentals she is my GO-TO professional. Painless Selling Experience with lots of outside Issues. We had a great selling experience working with Lorrie. She is professional, experienced, efficient, accommodating, and an excellent communicator. The property sell was not drama free. We had to remove a renter, spend hours removing items and trash left by the vacated renter, reschedule the buyer’s walk-through twice and reschedule the closing. It was a mess. Lorrie did an outstanding job navigating us through the process, keeping everyone informed and made it as painless as possible, while getting us to closing as soon as possible.

We didn’t know much about septic systems, well water, snakes or what to look for or be concerned about with a house in the country. Luckily, we found Lorrie.
