If you are looking to buy a home, Logan Walter is your guy!! My husband and I recently bought our first home with Logan as our agent and he was AMAZING! The home buying process can be overwhelming, but Logan made it easy & simple to understand. I mightve had lots of dumb/silly questions being a first time buyer, maybe even asking the same questions multiple times, but Logan had so much patience with me and answered each question thoroughly. He is personable, professional, punctual, and always dressed so nice. He truly made us feel special, like we were his only clients (which I know is not true!). Logan is a Frisco-based realtor and always posted relevant community information and happenings. To say how impressed I was with how hard he works would be an understatement. Fast-forward a year later and I decided it was time to buy a house. I immediately knew I would reach out to Logan to assist me in my search for a home. From the moment I contacted him, Logan has been very responsive. He was getting ready to leave on vacation but still made time to show me houses the day before his trip. He also set up additional showings the day before he returned home. I found my house that weekend and from the time we made the offer, Logan was on top of everything, every step of the way. Logan is such a wonderful, hard-working yet easy-going to realtor. Moving to the Frisco area from out of state we were unsure of where exactly we wanted to settle. Logan showed us around a few pre-owned homes. He was always considerate to work around our schedules. Ultimately, my husband and I decided on moving forward with a new build. I think a common misconception is that a realtor is not necessary when going through the new build process but it is so wrong! We were very grateful to have Logan by our side. I was so impressed with his understanding of not only the overall housing market, but he really understood the nuances of our specific community. Everyone and their mother knows a real estate agent they would casually recommend, but those guys eat Logan’s dust for breakfast.
