We gave Liz a list of nearly impossible requirements in a crazy market. She knocked the ball out of the park helping us find the perfect home - in the right area, with the right features and within our budget. She is very responsive, a great communicator and always made herself available to show us homes in a moment’s notice. She has tremendous patience and never seemed frustrated when we didnt like a house. She loves looking at houses and you can just tell her enthusiasm in genuine. When we found the right one she was a true professional from negotiating the sale price, referring us to a great lender, identifying and addressing repairs, and was by our side at closing. Her license plate reads List with Liz, and whether youre a buyer or seller you can do this with the confidence that you will be working with a true professional.

I was referred to Liz Petroff from several people when I told them that I was in the market to purchase a home. It has been a great privilege to work with a premier real estate agent at the top of her game. My wife and I couldn’t have been more pleased to work with Liz in finding our dream home. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust and someone with experience in the local real estate market. Liz was there for the entire process and was the ultimate home advisor. She listened and researched our needs/wants, prepared all material before viewing prospective homes and gave great insight.She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, patience, knowledge, expertise and hard work ethic make the process so much better. Lastly, Liz also brings extensive networking and recommendations to home improvement companies, should you need them. I found Liz based on her reviews. She was everything people said she was and more! She really took the time to show me several houses at a time and even did a video walkthrough when I couldn’t go! I felt like she knew what I was looking for and didn’t want me to get into anything I wasn’t 100% excited about. We put three (3) offers in on homes but my financing was not competitive. Liz suggestive I look for a different mortgage broker (mine was out-of-state) as a local mortgage company will understand the San Antonio market better. So that’s where I am and Liz just wants me to find the right home for me. To be continued!

Liz was an amazing realtor all around, especially given that I was a first time home buyer buying a home from out of state! She exceeded my expectations and truly went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best possible house for the best deal. She found great homes that fit my needs/wants and toured them all herself. She then uploaded videos with guided tours which she narrated with honest input about the various aspects of each home. She was always available for a phone call and never hid her impressions if she wasnt impressed with a property, even though it might cost her the sale. At one point, I was very interested in a home but she went to see it during a rainstorm to check something for me and texted me pictures of a leaky window. I still ended up buying the home and was able to negotiate important repairs she identified, and it gave me confidence to know that she truly had my best interests at heart. She is a kind person and a pleasure to work with all around. Highly recommend Liz Petroff for your realtor needs.

Wow! What can i say...Liz is Awesome!!! Being new to Texas , and our first time buying a home. Liz was always there to answer all of our questions any time of the day. She was always there to explain things to us whenever we were unclear about something. Shes reliable and attentive and is very easy to talk to . She is honest, and pointed out cracks and uneven foundation to us with every house we went to see. She informed us of things, that we, would of never knew to look out for. Also she met our deadline and found us a house that we love!! Her license plate says List W/Liz , which suits her well. But shes Locked In Liz in my book! She knows the ins and outs of the neighborhoods in San Antonio which was a huge plus since I am not from here.
