Lisa was an amazing realtor for my first time home buying process. She made sure I was educated and understood what the process entailed. Not only did she communicate well and keep me up to date on what was going on, she helped me keep my head up through the ups and downs because buying a home can be stressful. Lisa understood how much getting my house meant and did almost anything to get my seller to work with us not against us. She has an amazing way with words. She really will go above and beyond for you. Even after the house was bought and closed on, we still stayed in contact. Bottom line: Lisa Woulard is the BEST realtor I have ever seen. I have purchased homes in VA, IN and TX and I have never seen a realtor like Lisa. Ive never understood how she makes you feel like your her only client. Shes very responsive. Shes well-connected throughout the industry so that shes a one stop shop for everything you need rather than you having you find a lender, or inspector, or builder, or interior designer, etc. Finally, I am most amazed at how once you are a client she continues to maintain contact with you well after the sale is done. This woman was on point everyday every step of the way!... quick to answer even with random requests at random times, adjusted house visits to when my disabilities crept up, walked us step by step (as everywhere you go in the states its always a little different), have us recommendations for food, travel, businesses that worked for her other success stories, and more.Finally she landed us a house we fell in love with the second it fell back on market from a contract that didnt land.
