Communicative... always in contact with me with real time updates trying to fit my client request to talk at the end of inspection.1. Honest... I received a thorough 50+ page report with details, photos, and videos along with recommendations as well. Even for new build homes, an in inspection is absolutely critical to have done on a new home. Not all project managers and sub contractors are diligent. An inspection gives you peace of mind.     I used Level Up Home Inspections on recommendation by my realtor, Matt Templeton, who is extremely knowledgeable in South Dallas real estate, honest, and communicative. My home was built in 1921 and fully renovated in 2022, so lots could have been done poorly, but wasnt. Josh identified a detailed list of 51 items (mostly cosmetic) that needed attention prior to closing, and explained them in the way my building inspector coworkers would. I work in planning & development along building inspectors daily and trust Joshs expertise. Their customer service was timely and scheduling was easy, and the price felt fair to me. I will likely use them for pest control as a result. Id recommend so far!

    With our first home, we made the mistake of going with our realtors home inspector so this time around we did our homework and we couldn’t have been happier. Wade was AMAZING answering all our questions as he went through the house. He never made us feel like our questions were wasting his time or like we were inconveniencing him by being present during the inspection. His report seemed pretty thorough but in person he also gave us tips that feel priceless during this stressful process of purchasing a new home. 10/10 we will be using him again when it’s time for that 11 month inspection and we will recommend him to everyone we know.     Wade completed a thorough home inspection we had ordered because the one-year warrantee on our new home was about to expire. Wade spent 3 hours going over every nook and cranny of our home (inside, outside, roof, etc.), conferenced with us at the end and, within 30 minutes, produced a full color 57 page final report (with multiple photos). Wade knows the business and he has a new home construction background which adds significantly to his knowledge. Most of the new home owners in our neighborhood have used Wade either for their initial walk-through inspection at purchase or at the end of the first year of occupancy. We highly recommend Wade. You cant go wrong.

    We used Jeff Ryals for home inspection. He did an excellent job. Very thorough. Gave honest feedback about what was found with evidence and explained his reasoning. He took the time to answer questions and even discussed items that were technically ok but could become problems in the future. Even my agent made sure to get his information. I was more comfortable with the home given the information we had. He even got rid of a wasp that came inside. That sold me. I will be using him again in the future. Thanks Level Up!     We met Brian from Level up Home Inspections at the house on 5/3/2019. He was very easy to work with, found some issues with the home that were not very apparent to the typical home owner. When he finished the inspection he walked us thru the issues he found, took his time going thru the details and impacts to the home and it’s inefficiencies. We talked in length about the 2 AC units outside the house which had exceeded their life expectancy and mentioned that many home warranty companies may not cover them due to their age even though they are working now. This was huge for us since nobody wants to buy a home and then incur a large repair expense. This gave us information that we could use to work with the seller to have them replaced.
