    When I say Lenore was more than a realtor to me she became a friend. She will answer all calls, negotiate, partner with you, connect you with the right people, and get you the best deal for your situation.     Lenore Smith is the best realtor Ive ever worked with. Our house had been on the market for a few months with no activity. We switched our listing to Lenore and she recommended a few small improvements and offered a staging service that used our existing furniture and decor. Within 2 days we had 2 excellent offers, one of which we happily accepted. She was also able to help us find the perfect new home and stayed on top of the process with the new home builder to insure we were taken care of.     Lenore Smith was an excellent realtor. We were able to do all the preliminaries long distance. Then, when we came out for the house hunting trip, she had all our favorite homes ready to show. She had everything lined up so we could make an offer immediately. Lenore was an excellent negotiator and secured a very good deal. She had contacts with all the service people that were needed and was able to coordinate locally after we returned to our home state. The whole process was smooth and professional. I would absolutely recommend her to others for their real estate needs.

    This is the best company to work with when you need a home. She did everything to make sure our process easy even though the seller didnt make it easy. She stayed on the sellers agent because she wasnt complying. Lenore made sure everything was done repaired before we closed.I recommend Lenore as one of the best agents I have ever worked with.
