I worked with Katie during one of my recent closings and I do not have enough words to express how pleased I was with the level of service she delivered while my client was under contract. Her attention to detail and consistency with follow up allowed us to get to the closing table with no issues. This is even with some delays from issues with our appraisal process. I recommend that any agent who is looking to provide white glove service to their clients should use Legacy Transactions for their next transaction!
