Sonia Melendez went above and beyond to help me get my home. She is very knowledge and wise in the real estate market. It wasnt just a sell for her, she gave me amazing advise not just as a first time home owner, but on actually being a home owner and what to expect. She communicated with me every step of the way and explained everything I did not understand. She was very quick to respond any of my questions I had and her negotiation skills made me feel like she had my best interests at heart. I am very satisfied with how smooth and quick my home buying process was, thanks to Sonia.

Jose Guzman helped me sell my investment property.My house was on the market for a very long time and I was emotional distress because of the amount of money invested on this property and for some reasons I was struggling to sell it and despite the fact that I am a realtor also.When Jose took over the sale, he offered me an emotional support that I needed at that moment, he went above and beyond offering emotional support and making sacrifices financially to help me sell that house.He successfully sold it within a month!I will recommend, Jose Guzman as an agent to anyone because despite the fact that I’m in this industry, I am impressed by everything he did to sell my property.The care and professionalism were the best.
