Lee Easter, Inc (Lee and Sharon) oversaw the building of our house and fifteen years later he sold that house. From the time, we first called Lee from Boston he was ‘at our service’. He drew on his builder experience to recommend value enhancements to building plans. We remained in Boston during construction. He monitored the contractors progress to give us confidence that the job was going well. He went so far as to hold packages for us. He made the move from Boston to Austin a snap.When the time came to sell, he put together an excellent package that reflected the house in the very best light. He was able to sell the house above market without formally listing it. During the inspection process, he was there to work each item keeping the sale on track. His interpersonal skills enable him to read the concerns of buyers and put their minds at ease. He handled it all.Lee Easter is the total professional. He has years of experience focused on the Austin area. His knowledge of real estate regulations is first rate. After the purchase or sale, your likely to have a friend for life.

We had a great experience working with Lee Easter. In the past we have worked with realtors who seemed too busy, but Lee always worked around our schedule to visit potential homes to buy. Once we found the home we wanted, Lee helped us through the buying process very quickly and easily. Lee has been in the business so long he has great knowledge of the Austin market. When we decided to retire in the Austin area from Northern Virginia Lee worked with us over a period of 3 years to find our perfect retirement home. He could have said call me when you’re ready to move, but he didn’t. We visited several times to see multiple area and home styles to find that perfect home. He really knew how to find what we wanted and we now have our retirement dream. We also have a good friend. You just couldn’t go wrong with Lee.

Lee Easter is an excellent Real Estate Agent. He knows the whole real estate market in Travis County and Hayes County and the other surrounding counties.He spent many hours/days with me showingas many homes and areas as I needed to see. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of selling and buying real estate in two different counties.He also worked with the owner of the home I bought in Hays County, as that owners agent never showed up!I would recommend Lee Easter to anyone; and in fact, I did recommend him to friends; that couple was very satisfied also with his expertise and knowledge and bought a house through him.Very Sincerely, Carol Scott

I have the advantage of having Lee as my realtor dating back to 2004 when he helped me buy my home in Pflugerville. Then when I sold it last year he was my chief negotiator/realtor and I was able to sell for what I was asking. So when I was looking to purchase investment property, Lee again came through for me. I just closed on the newly constructed home. He took great care to send me pictures as the home was being built. He also handled the first walkthrough for me since I live out of state. I would say Lees greatest skill that is most beneficial for home buyers is his ability to see where the buyer has the best advantage - that is based on his years of experience and also knowing the area and the builders. He and his wife Sharon are as personable as it gets and are the best examples of Southern hospitality ; )

I cant say enough good things about our experience working with Lee to buy our house. We encountered some enormous difficulties in purchasing a house when major plumbing issues came up in the inspection. Lee went above and beyond to negotiate and work with several groups involved (sellers agent, plumbers, and us) to get the best possible solution. I know Lee more on a personal level than a business one, although our paths cross occasionally because I am a commercial real estate investor. We were both in the same college fraternity. I know him to be such a man of veracity that we have elected him both president and treasurer of our local alumni chapter three times; plus he has sold multiple men in our chapter their homes, and all of them enjoyed their experience with him. My wife and I cruised with his wife, Sharon, and him on the Baltic Sea for 14 days, and really enjoyed some stimulating conversations, so I am sure that you as a potential client will really enjoy discussing world topics, sports and current events with him as you are out in the car doing your home shopping. I know that he will work diligently with you until you find that perfect home!
