Working with Lam was a pleasure! His extensive experience in real estate made the process of homebuying seem easy. Lam was recommended to me by a friend for my relocation during the middle of the school year. Being unfamiliar with north Dallas myself, I greatly appreciated his knowledge of the area. I was able to find the perfectly located home for my new job and my childrens schools in a great neighborhood. The closing was smooth and completed well on time. Throughout the process, Lam took time to answer all my questions. He had his eye on the details, and I could tell he was looking out to make sure that everything went well. Thank you Lam!

Lam was exactly what we needed and hoped for in a realtor and more. Weve been trying to relocate to the east Rockwall area and didnt know exactly what we wanted. Lam might be the most patient person I know, he was taking us all over the place looking at a large range of different types of homes even though he had already pegged the perfect house for us. To top it all off, he did this during the weekend of the great freeze of 2021! What an amazing experience. Highly recommend getting in touch if youre looking for anything in the Dallas area (he had a HUGE range of knowledge of the neighboring cities).Seriously, give Lam a call and you wont regret it.
