It was such a pleasure working with Raquel. We werent sure whether we wanted to buy or rent as recent transplants to Austin. We talked with Raquel and explained our reservations and from the get-go, she eased our decision making process.Once we started touring properties during an insane market, Raquel made the process incredibly easy and her thorough knowledge, not only of general real estate, but of the local market made it a great pleasure throughout the whole process. She helped guide us to a great property and made strong negotiations that landed us with a below asking price offer, which was unheard of at that time. I would recommend her to anyone new to Austin!

We had to relocate with a newborn baby in the middle of the pandemic. Because of that, we bought a home without seeing it in person. We could have never done that without Raquel. She was helpful in every way, including being honest about what she thought of each house we toured via FaceTime, helping us choose the right house for us, with the finishes we wanted, in the neighborhood we wanted. We looked all over due to the competitive market and we could not be happier with our choice. She was also essential in helping us win it, from negotiating advice, helping us find a lender and more. I have already recommended her to my friends and would to anyone who needs a sharp eye, good taste and excellent negotiation skills.
