Our house burned down in McKinney. As you can imagine our heads were spinning. Kristen jumped right in and found us a rental in Frisco, less than 10 minutes from our house. She was such a huge help. We were close to all our normal places and the kids schools. Due to building timelines we needed our lease extended. She handled every detail and even negotiated a better price for us.

Kristen Bangs was fantastic! She gave solid advice on how to price and stage the property. We were able to get a buyer even before the property went fully public saving us months of showings. She is very hands on even helping us with cleaning and moving furniture at the last minute. Best of all she was always a fierce advocate for us! She always answers our texts and emails promptly which is essential during this stressful period.

Kristen is a service-minded realtor. That is different from just a good realtor who can help you sell your house. She focuses on how she can serve you and help YOU get what you need, without $$ being the only outcome or objective. She works hard to help you understand every complexity that can arise, and empowers the seller to make decisions. One of a kind and I would highly recommend her based on this delineation only, but her winning personality and eagerness to help just compound it. To attest: she said I want you as the seller to determine the value of your house but equipped me with all the things I needed to come to a conclusion. The result? 11 showings on day 1, 13 offers in a week, and a sale at $35k over asking. While everyones results may vary, she is the common denominator.
