She walked us through the process of building our home and guided us all the way. She came to every meeting and walk- through with the builder. She was always available to answer any questions we had, advocated for us and negotiated the best deal. She also helped us with finding tenants for our other home, the entire process was straightforward. She drafted a great contract and got us tenants within a month of posting our home.Kim is outgoing, friendly, smart and most of all trustworthy. You will not be disappointed having Kim as your realtor.

If you need an attentive, knowledgeable, and hands on realtor, Kim is the one!!! We absolutely LOVED our experience with her! This was our first time buying a home and Kim took time to explain the whole process of buying a house, even when we were months away from wanting to buy. This was so important to us, because our previous experience with other realtors is that they don’t really take time to build rapport with you or explain much until you are close or really sure about buying. Kim helped us to look at areas too, which was key since we were not raised where we bought. Her attention also allowed us to find a house way sooner than we were looking for!Kim was there every step of the way, from touching base to see how we were at finding houses, to help us with reminders through the stressful process during buying. Kim was key to our successful process and she made us feel confident during negotiations, even though we had no experience with this. She made sure we didn’t missed deadlines and helped push the lender to work as fast as we could in order to close on time!I would recommend Kim 100%!!! If we ever need to sell or buy again, we will definitely give her a call!
