Being a first-time home buyer is an exciting experience, but can also be nerve-racking. I needed a realtor, a great one at that, to help me find my new home. A friend, referred me to Kim, as she helped the family through the process of purchasing their beautiful home and had only positive feedback to share.Kim happily met me the very next day after a brief call about what I am looking for and understood that I had no definitive decision on buying a home. She was friendly, professional and engaging with me and every person involved in the process and was always available to answer questions I had. I cannot recommend Kim enough!!! I truly can’t imagine going through the first time home buying process without her. Throughout the whole process of my husband and I moving from Florida to Texas, Kim helped with every step. She knows the whole Dallas area so well. We only had a weekend to look at homes and she made sure every second counted and we found our forever home! She is organized and super quick to respond to texts and calls! When it came time to negotiate with the seller she got us the maximum concessions possible! Her worth goes way beyond just the buying experience as she has a contact for just about any work you need done! We found all of our contractors through Kim and continue to rely on her expertise as we get settled in. I’m SO thankful we worked with Kim on this process and will be recommending her to everyone!

Kim has been absolutely PHENOMENAL. When I first met her, she was more than happy to help find the perfect rental house that suited our needs. This year she helped us buy our very first home. All of this made the sale a lot more complicated and time consuming.
