Kerry was such an amazing person to work with! From the moment I met with him he made my preferences his preferces. I closed on the perfect home for me at $10k under my budget. As an active duty service member purchasing my second home, he knew about benefits I wasnt even aware of and made sure I was able to take advantage of every opportunity available. He made the home buying process so easy and kept in communication with me any time I had a question or a concern. To this day he still checks in periodically to make sure I am still happy with my purchase and to see if I need anything. I recommend him to all of my friends and talk to them about how fantastic he was as my realtor. 10/10 I would encourage any one especially service members to each out to him for your home buying needs.

Perfect Experience. Buying a house is generally viewed as a high stress process that is very demanding and takes a lot of effort and a lot of money. While these things can be true, I’ve learned that a good realtor can make it less painful, and a great realtor can make the process as smooth as butter. Having Kerry on my side while trying to buy a house was like having a super knowledgeable, super experienced, super responsive, super connected, and super responsive superhero to represent me and navigate the real estate world for me. He was patient with me, and firm with builders and selling realtors alike to be sure that we knew our worth and got as much value as we could in the purchase. Kerry was also a great referrer who was able to point me in the direction of good contacts for things like lenders, insurance personnel, inspectors, appliance vendors, etc. Fantastic experience in every way.
