While Kerri is not in my area, she still recommended two fantastic agents where I live. The first sold my house. She was the right combination of personable, professional, and super sweet. I want to thank Kerri for everything she did for us. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! I have always been told don’t use the same one selling the house, well I did and DONT regret it at all, honestly it made it easier with Kerri! The seller was out of state with their job so it was a lot of work on her and she did amazing and made sure all T were crossed and I were dotted. She went over and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of on both parties. This was my first house to ever buy so it was a big deal to us and she made sure it was a big deal. If I ever have to sell this or move to another house I would call her immediately. She is my go to forsure!
