Mrs. Kelly, our realtor mom, is beyond amazing. As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were very nervous about choosing a realtor. We are blessed to have Mrs. Kelly. Because of her, our process was not stressful. She was very prompt, present, kind-hearted, honest, open and most importantly patient. Whenever real estate terminology was presented to us, she made sure to simplify it for us. Whenever we had questions, she either answered or referred us to the right person. We’re super grateful Mrs. Kelly was on our team. She even gave us tips, recommendations and advice regarding our home, outside of real estate.

As a first time homebuyer, I had never used a realtor before. Kelly was amazing and super knowledgeable! She made it very easy to understand the whole process - from negotiating contracts, to inspections, and even helping me narrow down the aspects of houses that were important to me in my search (and helped me figure out ones that I hadn’t thought about!)Even my lender made comments about how on top of things Kelly was throughout the whole process. DEFINITELY have her help you find a home!!

If your are in need of a very professional realtor, Kelly is your person. She is very meticulous with paper work and legal documents. Kelly will communicate with you every step of the way and will advocate for you no matter what. She also goes above and beyond what is required by a realtor when it comes to breaking things down for the client. Kelly sold our home and we were extremely pleased with the outcome.
