Kelly is such a fantastic agent! We toured a handful of homes with her over the course of a weekend, and she gave us tips on how to be competitive without offering over asking. Our offer was accepted the same day we made it. Kelly gave us all the contact info we needed for inspection, etc and helped us keep up with all the deadlines within the offer period. She was always very prompt in responding back to any questions, and she genuinely seemed to share in our excitement for the new house. I would recommend Kelly to anyone looking to buy a new home.

She was also able to set me up with the OneHome application which allowed me to narrow down my search to exactly the kind of house I wanted, and I was immediately notified when a house that met my search criteria went onto the market. From the time we officially put our house on the market until we had multiple offers, well over the asking price, was a total of 4 days. We hope to be in our new home forever. However, if, for whatever reason we were to move again, Kelly would be our call to handle the sale of our house.
