We’ve now sold two and bought one house with Tiffany’s assistance. On the sell side, Tiffany is uniquely gifted at staging houses. She can rearrange existing decor or bring in her own decorative pieces so buyers can visualize themselves at home in the house you’re selling. Tiffany has an expert eye for things that will attract buyers and highlights those features with ease and creativity that not many possess.On the buy side, Tiffany has saved us from making decisions we would have regretted. We sought out Tiffany because of our first hand knowledge of her success in our neighborhood over the years, River Rock Ranch. We first met Tiffany in April of this year to ask for her help in preparing our house for sale. She came to the meeting so prepared that we learned things about our house we never knew! Tiffany had prepared a comprehensive market analysis, and also presented a thorough description of her sales and marketing process. We couldn’t have been more impressed and were fully confident in having Tiffany be the one to guide us through the process. The depth of her knowledge and expertise was evident throughout. We thought her suggested price was perfect. She provided excellent ideas and strategies and yet always valued our input and ideas. We always felt that we operated as a team, with Tiffany as the quarterback. Also, Tiffany’s level of customer service is tremendous.
