We wanted to move within the Austin area. With so much buying and selling going on, we knew we needed help. Adrianne and her team (especially Tiffany!) were amazing. They helped us refine our search and showed us properties Im sure wed have not found on our own. I reached out to Adrianne when I was not satisfied with the marketing of my home by my previous agent. I felt that I needed someone who was more familiar with the $300K price range and someone who excelled at marketing homes to younger families looking for a larger house. As soon as I got in touch with Adrianne, it was like she read my mind - she completely knew what I was thinking! During the process of selling our home, we relocated to another state and I always felt comfortable with leaving our house in her hands and knew she would take care of us. My favorite thing about her was how responsive she is and how she is; I had no idea how many sales she had going on at the time because she always made me feel like we were a priority. She especially excelled during the negotiation process and was able to sort through the inspection and subsequent negotiations quickly. I am an out of state buyer and had a wonderful experience working with Adrianne and her team. She went ABOVE and BEYOND for me and I can’t thank her enough! My Backstory: I had a bad experience working with an agent (from another firm) after losing out over and over again he told me I would have to start paying him per offer if I wanted to keep working with him (wow) I decided to seek representation elsewhere. I reached out to a few local agents and Adrianne was the first to return my call. She picked up the pieces and restored my faith in what a Great Real Estate Agent is, she is a true professional. She was able to guide me in the right direction (make some tweaks to strengthen my offer) and I finally WON! (yes, I said won because in this market that is how it feels when your offer gets accepted). I ended up with a home that needed some updates (everything was original to 2004) she had contacts for local vendors and she was able to assist with all the things that happen after the sale closes (again above and beyond!). The last thing I wanted was the same stress as when I bought my first home. And then we landed on a unique situation. My best friend, was selling his home through Adrianne. Since my current house had been on market with very little traction, I decided to ask my friend if I could meet with his realtor.Within our first phone interaction I knew that Adrianne would be my realtor, as she knew more about my house from an outside perspective, than my previous realtor. By the time we met for the first time, I went ahead and signed with her. One of the smarter decisions in my life.
