Melissa was wonderful! She was such a blessing to me and my family. We originally had the land listed and were having to do so much of the leg work, not getting anywhere and getting very discouraged, so after a year we decided to pull it off the market. We met with Melissa in a final attempt before giving up completely. She did an amazing job and sold the property in less than 2 months! She was honest and informative. She handled everything, keeping us updated along the way. I will recommend her a million times over to anybody buying or selling, she is definitely the agent you want on your side!

Best Realtor ever. Melissa sold us our house four years ago.
