I worked with Kathy to purchase my first home and I could not have been happier with her service!Coming in as a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and anxiety. I knew I wanted to purchase a home, but was afraid of making an unrecoverable mistake or getting taken advantage of. Kathy stood by me every step of the way by providing, patience, guidance and expertise.From our very first interaction, she was direct and honest. Throughout my home search she always gave me her honest opinion and even told me several times when a home was not a good deal, had the potential to be a money pit or simply was not a great home. Moments like these made me realize that Kathy is a high integrity and trustworthy individual. With her by my side, my anxiety of choosing the wrong home or being taken advantage of disappeared.Kathy helped me find a home that met all of the criteria that I set before beginning my home search. Kathy was recommended by our financial advisor, he was spot on! She’s diligent, she made great recommendations on what we needed to update to facilitate the selling of our first beloved home. She has great people for everything, we got bids from others and always ended up using her recommendations. Wrought fence repaired, interior of house painted, especially painting the kitchen cupboards inside and out, made a huge improvement.She recommended staging, as we vacated before we listed our home, that was a big spend, well worth the outlay.Once it was listed we very quickly received multiple offers over asking, significantly over asking.We had a few crazy bumps along the way, Kathy and her husband physically took care of everything, as we were 800 miles away.Great communication, she saw us several times prior to listing. Kathy Roberts is an outstanding real estate agent!! Here is why:Kathy interacts with buyers, sellers, and other house professionals with respect, whether they are fellow realtors, inspectors, tradesmen, or neighbors. Her communication with all parties of the buying or selling process is courteous and efficient. She is also just a fun and pleasant person to be around! That, combined with her seasoned experience, integrity, and professional attitude, are a few of the reasons that we have bought or sold properties THREE times with her over the past 10 years.Kathy is generous with her advice to clients about preparing their home for sale. She came over three separate times the year before we actually listed our most recent home to answer questions about our preparation. She is extremely thorough in reviewing contracts and documents and with negotiation. She listens well, she reviews carefully, and she follows up always.We found out about a secret speciality that Kathy possesses recently when we suddenly needed to vacate our last home before we were able to list the house and get it on the market. No Problem we found out! It turns out that Kathy offers a personal staging service for clients with this need. She has movers and a warehouse facility with her own on-trend furniture as well as decorative furnishings from which she created beautifully appointed living spaces in our newly empty rooms. With what seemed a wave of her magic wand, our house became modern and minimalistic which invited potential buyers in with calm designer neutrality to consider for their own. Ten days after listing the beautifully staged house (in the middle of January and between snowstorm and cold snap!) we had an offer on our house that turned into a purchase. Her advice along the way was priceless.Kathy went above and beyond by staging our home to make it as appealing as was possible. It didn’t look like the same home when she was finished.Kathy is a seasoned agent who is very level-headed and understands the business and the market. She is very easy to work with. Just closed on a new home yesterday, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with everything that Kathy Roberts did for us throughout the entire home buying process! She made it simple and made sure we understood everything as first time home buyers. She always answered our questions promptly, and went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect home for our family. This did not just involve the home buying process. Everything from consoling us during a very worrisome time while our puppy had Parvovirus, to putting on some hiking clothes to walk to the creek behind the house with me. Covered in sticker burs and all! What realtor would do that for someone?! Truly just an amazing and trustworthy person to work with. Would absolutely recommend Kathy Roberts to anyone wanting to buy a new home. 10/10!!

Without a doubt she is the best in the business. From the moment you hire Kathy she is on it! One of the best things about her is that she really pays attention and fully understands exactly what you are looking for and does not waste your time on properties that do not fit. Integrity and always being as ethical as possible is not something that is always easy to find these days but it is Kathy. She guides you so clearly every step of the way that you always know what to expect and when and it cuts down so much on the stress. When we bought our first home back in 2016, we met with three different realtors before deciding who wed work with. Im so glad we chose Kathy. Fast forward to 2020 and we needed to sell that home and buy another. There was no question...we chose Kathy. Why? Well...let me give you a few reasons.1 - The real estate process can be stressful and often like a roller coaster, but Kathy always took the time to guide us and teach us along the way. We were never passed off to another agent. Our questions (no matter how small and seemingly dumb) were never directed elsewhere. We always felt valued and never like we were wasting her time.2 - Her years of experience and knowledge. While everything happening with the sale of our home was new to us...nothing was new to Kathy. She has seen it all...and thats something that should comfort any buyer/seller in the process. It certainly comforted us.3 - Responsiveness. You certainly value this when youre BUYING a home. You want an agent who will take you to a showing and make time for you in a busy housing market. Kathy certainly did this. But perhaps more importantly, her responsiveness to interested buyers of our home we were SELLING. The last thing you want in an agent is someone who lets those inquiries go to voicemail or doesnt respond. I was never concerned that Kathy missed a call or wouldnt follow up.For these reasons and more, we have referred Kathy to my parents (she helped sell their home and purchase the next). We referred her to friends of ours who were first time home buyers (she helped them find a great home). And now my brother and sister-in-law who are selling and buying (house already under contract and purchasing another).We joke with Kathy that were hoping shes retired by the time we want to sell this home, but you never know! What is certain...if we need to sell again or have friends looking for a quality agent...Kathy is always top of list in our book :-)

You will not find a better realtor than Kathy! In 2017 she helped us facilitate our out of state move. She went above and beyond for us then, and was truly invested in helping us find a home we loved for our family! Every house we toured, she was listening intently to every word we said. On our second day of house hunting, she showed up with a listing and said, This one isnt on your list, but I really think youll love it.. We loved it. Its been the perfect home for us!So when it came time to move back out of state (and leave our beloved home!) Kathy was our first call. Every step of the way, she is somehow both the MOST professional and MOST personable. She cares about her clients and its evident in every email/call/text. Shes smart, she knows her stuff and we couldnt be happier than to recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

Kathy Roberts has been an absolutely exceptional realtor to work with. She is a 100% Full Time, Committed, Professional, who is passionate about her clients. She helped us sell a house a few years ago, and the entire process was amazing. She advised us on what remodel/updating projects would bring the most value, and which we could do on our own vs hiring professionals. She had recommended contacts for every aspect from the roof to the foundation and everything in between. The folks she recommended were as wonderful and professional as she is, and every project went off flawlessly. We turned, what I thought, was a dump, into a a beautiful home. Kathy provided exceptional service and coordination along the way, and staged the home beautifully! We listed, had an open house the next day, and 2 days later we had received 7 offers, all for listing price or higher, and we ended up accepting an offer that was higher than I ever thought possible. I truly believe it would have taken months for us to sell, and wed have lost thousands instead of turning a huge profit! Kathy was so wonderful when we sold our house, that we didnt hesitate to call her again when we were in the market to buy a few years later. She treated us as if we were her only clients this time around, although I know she is busy all day every day! She listens well, works hard to learn your taste & must haves, and is flexible and patient every step of the way. She showed us many houses (were super picky) all over town, when it was convenient for us. She worked with builders when we were considering building, and then helped us find our dream home when we decided to buy instead. She is high energy, laser focused, and a total professional in every aspect of the word. She was a rock when our heads were spinning from confusion, and a voice of peace when we would get overwhelmed with the process. When we finally selected a home, the sellers indicated that they received three offers for a very similar price as ours, but they chose our offer, because of how professional, courteous, and timely Kathy had been in her communications with the sellers realtor. We truly owe everything to her! Id recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!
