Where do I begin? I retired from Duke healthcare and when I listed my home because I knew I wasn’t going to be living in North Carolina. Much to my surprise it sold in 3 days … I packed a small bag and headed to the airport to catch a plane to Corpus Christi. On the way I called Nadiya Zitser as I had to be out of my then home within 2 weeks!!! I told her I would find a hotel and rent a car then call her as I had only 1 week to find a property.At the time she had an empty condo and told me I could stay there free!!!! She met me at the airport so I didn’t have to rent a car and drove me all over the area from Rockport to Portland all over Corpus. I decided on a home on Padre Island the 4th day put in an offer and she helped negotiate a best possible deal.If anyone wants to either sell or relocate to the area the only person I would recommend is Nadiya!! No question the best Realtor in this area …
