Kellee made our first home buying experience as smooth and flawless as could be! We got EVERYTHING we wanted and for the price we wanted during the most competitive market in history. Everyone else was paying 10-20 percent over asking and we got the perfect house for basically asking price. She navigated the negotiations perfectly. There we other houses we got outbid on but everytime she said I think this is gonna go for way over what you should pay. Finally, we got our dream house and for a great price. We couldn’t be happier and this was the house meant for us. Also being a good price we now have a lot more equity than if we had maybe went against her advice and overpaid on those other homes! We live Kellee and I m sure you will too!

Weve learned that working with the right Realtor can make a difference—Kellee Booth was the right Realtor for us. Not only was our experience a good one, she helped us find a wonderful place. This was a big deal for us—end-of-life destination, as we are retirees. We drove all over the north Texas area to find the right lake property. She was never inconvenienced by our interests or pushy to try to make a sale. Kellee was patient, has a great team, is knowledgable, responsive, and a communicator. What more could you ask for? And besides all that, she is a joy to be with!
