This is overdue praise for Keith Laursen and Fathom Realty. We were relocating from southern California a few months ago and only had a short time to house hunt. I knew we wanted acreage, but the pretty houses we saw online ended up being cookie-cutter homes/lots. Keith quickly understood what I was looking for, and now we live on 20 acres of something special. We had to complete the purchase process from California, and Keiths updates and input (plus some humor) were calming and invaluable. Hes also helped to introduce us to our new community. Thank you!

Do you know those times when blessings occur and the right people come into your life at the right time? Keith was one of those people for me in my life. I happened upon him by chance. Saw his sweet, humble website and knew I had found my realtor. What I didn’t anticipate, is that I would also find a new friend. Keith is everything you will want in a realtor. Tough, kind, honest. This man went with me all over East and North Texas areas around Dallas looking for my dream home. He was patient and told me no when it wasn’t right. Well I found it! Moved in this week. I recently moved to the area and spoke to numerous realtors. Keith at Fathom Realty is the only realtor that I felt confident in. He was very helpful and actually understood what I was looking for. He helped me find a rural property and then proceeded to provide valuable direction and advice through to the closing. All of which lead to a smooth closing and no unexpected issues. Without a doubt, Keith was the best realtor experience I have had in Texas and should we look for more land I’ll definitely use him again.
