Kathy was so fast to respond and set up showings. Whenever I felt like I was asking too much she told me she was happy to meet me. She got a feel for what I was looking for and researched houses I found. That saved a lot of time for me.

We had never worked with a realtor before and were very apprehensive. Kathy was recommended to us and she is wonderful. She took the time to answer all our questions and make sure she really understood what we were looking for in a house. Every time I call, text, or email she is quick to respond and show us any house we ask to see or answer any questions we may have. Kathy is knowledgeable and can point out potential problems in a house during the walkthrough so we can understand what we may be getting into. We are still in the middle of finding our forever home, but I know Kathy will get us there.
