From the beginning of the process of selling My home in Rockwall, to the finish when I bought My new home in Fort Worth, Karen was there for Me ALL the way. She helped Me with so much, it is difficult to list all of the things She did for Me. Her guidance and advice relieved much of the stress of selling a home and buying a new one. Her recommendations on preparing the home I sold and the ones getting the new one fixed up the way I wanted it, were invaluable. I dont expect to ever move to another residence in My lifetime, but if I do, Karen will be My Real Estate Agent, without question! Even beyond the sale of my home and the purchase of My new one, Karen has remained a friend I cherish and She is My go to person on questions of real estate matters.

Karen James did an incredible job in listing our house in Duncanville Texas. She did great research and helped us get the price we wanted. After we had the offer, she did a wonderful job of getting us the contractors to fix the house and get it ready for closing. Closing happened on-time and she made the process easy.She represented our family the way you would want an excellent real estate professional to serve your family.Chad
