We found Kallie Ritchie on YouTube when we were still living in Washington at the time, her videos were amazing, it truly showed that she was all about the community and promoting different businesses rather than being all about just real estate. She also made our transaction very smooth when we bought our home as she was quick to respond and very knowledgeable with our questions. When we arrived at our new home, the delivery was nothing short of amazing, she had a red ribbon around the front door with a red carpet on the front porch, champagne, cake and a care package waiting for us when we walked in! Kallie and her team helped us close on our home in North Fort Worth in July 22 after I received a job offer in another state. I contacted Kallie, and within days Kallie and Courtney met with me and my wife and discussed both our expectations and the process.Kallies group marketed our home, helped stage (which was included in the standard selling agent fee), provided market analysis for our neighborhood and the surrounding neighborhoods, conducted multiple open houses, and provided honest and professional advice through the entire process.Most importantly, Kallies group was available and responsive as we navigated selling our home in an evolving housing market in June and July in North Fort Worth. This responsiveness was very important to us as we were buying a home in another state and were on a strict timeline for closing.Lastly, Kallie put us in touch with a buyers agent in the state we were moving to, and we couldnt have been more happy with her reference of him.
