Josh is an phenomenal realtor and person that helped me purchase a house in the DFW area. Was moving my family to TX from NJ and had to do weekend trips to tour the area and find a home. Josh always made time for us when we came into town to show us homes and spent all the time we needed. He is extremely knowledgeable in all the local areas, housing market as well as plenty of local recommendations for things to do and pros/cons of various areas. He was extremely responsive to phone calls whenever something needed to be handled, and would go out of his way to keep me informed about everything happening in an extremely timely fashion. Josh also recommended a local mortgage company who he has a great relationship with and was always in touch with them when needed and helped us close within 3 weeks because of his attention and diligence. Could not have asked for a better realtor and would recommend (and have) to anyone I know. Thanks again Josh!!

Josh is an outstanding realtor! He made the impossible possible and that’s hard to find. Josh went out of his way to find us the perfect house in a great ISD.
