Joe Schleis is the best realtor in the Austin area by far! Joe has assisted me in the purchase of multiple investment properties, including residential homes, residential land, and commercial land. Joe has a real knack for investment property, putting deals together, and negotiating for his client. He greatly surpassed my expectations based on previous experiences with other realtors in the Austin area. Communication, listening, patience, and integrity are what you will get with Joe every time, among many other qualities. Every time during any of our transactions posed challenges, he always had solutions and a calming effect to steady the ship, while of course keeping my best interests well preserved. His team members were also very helpful, and along with Joe, they kept me updated throughout every transaction to ensure that everything was on track perfectly. He is a top producing real estate agent in the Austin and Central Texas area, and given his vast experience, kind nature, and skills, it is no surprise why. Shout out to Joe Schleis and his team for a fantastic experience working together! We’ve worked with other realtors in the Austin area, and Joe was by far the best realtor we’ve encountered. He has excellent communication skills and responsiveness, attention to detail, and clearly explains everything throughout the process. Any challenges were quickly smoothed out, and his experience showed through how he helped us navigate the process together. Joe worked hard for us in negotiations for our Round Rock home purchase and was very patient when we had a lot of questions. Overall, 10 out of 10 for our experience and will be referring him whenever given the opportunity. We love our home in Round Rock and also the area with so many parks and places for our family activities, the Kalahari Resort, Round Rock Express, etc.
