We had a great experience with Jason. Being a first time home buyer, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all questions we had. He helped us get in contact with other lending firms to find the best rate as well as using his experience to allow us to negotiate our total sale cost down. He has many good connections and advice for things that need to get fixed as well as holding others accountable to make things right before closing or negotiating if necessary.
