Clay did a very thorough inspection, very professional. After moving into our home, we used his inspection report to get estimates for the repairs from contractors, who could understand exactly what the report was saying. Clay included pictures and described all the issues we needed to fix. Would not hesitate to call him again!

We were moving from across the country and needed an inspection completed in a short order. We connected with Clay who did an outstanding job in getting everything set up quickly. This was our third home purchase and received by far the most detailed and thorough inspection of any of our previous purchases. Clay walked through all code requirements and standards in details, explaining the local climate and building material differences from what we were familiar with previously. Each step of the inspection he explained what he was looking for and why and then identify which items were critical and those which were less consequential or could be addressed with minor self repairs. He did a good job of prioritizing the critical issues to facilitate discussions with the seller. Would highly Clays services to anyone in need of a home inspection.

Clay Hake has been helping me with ALL of my clients requests for Home Inspections. He not only does normal inspections but also termite inspections, which are mandatory on some deals. This saves me from having to hire and schedule two different inspectors. I really like the way he makes my clients feel comfortable when he is explaining the process and helping them understand the items involved. He sets the proper expectations with my buyers, he lets them know what time to be at the property to go over what he has found. Although it is not normal, he has spent more than two hours with clients that need a bit more hands on information. He tells them he will have the report done and in their email the following morning, and he delivers. He has never missed an appointment, he hasnt even been late or called to reschedule. He has always gone above and beyond what is expected, and since my clients appreciate that, it makes me VERY HAPPY. I will continue to use Infospect for any and all of the inspections my clients need. He is professional, knows his business and treats my clients like I do, with respect.
